Dimensions for Strategic Studies and Sudan’s International Center for Political and Strategic Studies (ICPSS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation on research and the exchange of information and expertise.  

The ICPSS is an independent, non-governmental academic research institution established in 2020, which specializes in conducting research on strategic, political and social affairs, publishing research, analytical studies and opinion pieces, and conducting strategic analyses on political and social issues.  

The signing of the MoU came as part of Dimensions for Strategic Studies’ efforts to expand its network of relations on the African continent, and build bridges of communication with experts in both centers’ areas of focus.
