Discussion Meeting: "The GCC Role in Yemen"

On Thursday, August 26, 2021, the Dimensions Center for Strategic Studies (DSS) held a discussion session under the title “The G.C.C. Role in Yemen.”
A group of research fellows, specialized in Yemeni affairs attended.
The writer and political researcher, Mr. Nabil Al-Bukiri, and the researcher and political analyst, Mr. Yassin Al-Tamimi, participated in the meeting. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Anwar Al-Khodari, head of the studies unit at the Mocha Center, and the researcher specialized in Yemeni affairs and the G.C.C. states, Mr. Mutahar Al-Saffari.
Mr. Muhammed Sarmini, President of the DSS Center welcomed the guests and gave an overview of the topic of the session. Meanwhile, the attendees presented their interventions according to the axes, where they discussed the extent to which the G.C.C. states could affect in Yemen.
Moreover, the attendees addressed issues related to the intra-GCC relations on the situation in Yemen, and the expected future scenarios for the GCC role in Yemen file.
In general, the DSS Center, as a think tank, aims to shed light on the issues of the region through its own people, and to provide the opportunity for its experts to present their ideas and opinions efficiently and effectively.
